Nah, could be years of social deprivation. Humans aren't meant to be by themselves with no one to talk to abt their feelings. Then again it isn't just that, ik there must be smth deeper but idk what. Maybe this is all in my head and the root cause is my brain being incapable of processing the most basic of things leading my perception of life to be fucked up

Don't think so tbh, speaking of dreams tho mine seem to be really interesting, they're like the highlight of my life, that's how boring it is.

However I will say that my ability to recall dreams has been much worse than it was in september - november, in those months I was hyperobsessed with my dreams to the point where I just wanted to not live in this world in hopes of ending up somewhere better, very schizo, I know. It wasn't a depressed feeling of suicide, though I do get that

It's called mental numbness; you have to feel feelings again and that is done through social interaction where you actually care.
