I figured out how to get rid of hyoid bone

I found a new method and it completely works to get rid of hyoid bone. So basically all you have to do is neck curls straight into chin tucks while holding a 15 lb weight on your forehead and it literally completely remodeled my under chin area because it massively hypertrophied my suprahyoid and infrahyoid muscles and basically pulled the entire structural framework up tightly against my jawline so it feels like my hyoid bone literally vanished into my neck has anyone else tried applying heavy progressive overload to these specific muscle groups because the biomechanical results are actually insane
