It's quite simple. Most of us have shitty sleep schedules. Shaytan and Jewish trickery infects your brain during the dead of night. If you fap regularly I bet you're a late night coomer. When you're awake at 1am your're in a bored state and your brain is searching for any kind of dopamine rush be it listening to music, watching movies, consuming snacks, microwaving a pizza at 2am OR browsing porn.
Being a late nightcel is one of the worst things you can do to your body. It's also a very difficult cycle to break.
For the last 4 days I've been sleeping around 10pm-11pm and waking up around 7am. I haven't fapped in 4 days. Usually I'll stay awake after midnight and that's when I get the urge to fap. The trick is very simple, be an early morning bloomer. Not a light night doomer coomer. Wake up early, be active and you'll be too tired to fap when its time to sleep around 10pm.
