i went from looking like this:

+ 2 inches gained (including chondroitin)
now i´m a 6´2 Htn in a country where the average man is 5´7 and looks like this:
my next goal is achieving Chadlite (if it´s even possible) and getting to 6´4, i´m still 15 so i think it is possible
y´all can rate me in the before and after if you want
