Yh alr man. I hope it worksThanks bhai. That’s why I had to do something drastic since I will be switching from OMAD to TMAD (two meals a day).![]()
Same. What do you eat for suhoor (predawn meal) and iftar (dinner)?Yh alr man. I hope it works
Yeah i’m eating around 3000kcal daily and i’m gaining like 0.2kg weekly.Woah, that’s really good bhaijaan, you’re at 9-10%, plus I guess you eat more than I can, so I am jelly asf.And thank you, I’m glad you like it!
I thought to come up with something unique instead of just copying someone else’s names like I always did.
It really depends ngl.Same. What do you eat for suhoor (predawn meal) and iftar (dinner)?
6 days is stravationNot eating for days was giving me insomnia again. On day 5, I had gone to bed at 2:45 AM and I woke up at 5:25 AM, and I did not go back to sleep. On day 6, I had gone to bed at 1:45 AM, then I woke up at 4 AM first and then at 5:30 AM. I realized this must be because of not eating anything at all for almost an entire week. Plus I was getting hungry now at this point, so I broke my fast by having dinner. I had tomato soup first, then pakorays, and then a Punjabi dish called kadhi pakoray. Pakorays are deep-fried onion fritters, they’re very tasty. @NumbThePain
one I moneymaxx and ascend Ill travel the worldMy family made it but if you come to The Netherlands right now, I’ll give you some.
And dang lol, didn’t know you liked that stuff. Mirin bhaijaan.![]()

Its really not that hard, water fasting is a common practiceNot eating for days was giving me insomnia again. don't do this to yourself man. If you want to lose weight don't starve yourself it fucks up your hormones and shit. Just go in a calorie deficit you can maintain and add some cardio. If you only eat like 200 less calories a day and do 30min incline treadmill you're already in a 500 calorie deficit. Not eating for days was giving me insomnia again. I am lowkey jealous you get to eat so much while gaining barely any weight.Yeah i’m eating around 3000kcal daily and i’m gaining like 0.2kg weekly.
Give examples bhai.It really depends ngl.

Starvemaxxing should be done in 2 day periods so hgh isnt fucked
I feel the same honestly as before. But that's because I'm used to doing this, it's not like it was the first time of me trying to do this.Mirin bro. You fastmog my max days.
How did u feel mentally?
Oh shoot. Is that the science behind it? Can say that it's true because when I ate, I slept for hours.Food takes so much energy digesting that u don't need to sleep when not eating
You could do it too bhaijaan but I don't think anyone really needs to do this.Bro dedicated asf good Job bhai I Couldnt do that personally
Where are you now?one I moneymaxx and ascend Ill travel the world![]()
At least u drink right? Not eating for days was giving me insomnia again. On day 5, I had gone to bed at 2:45 AM and I woke up at 5:25 AM, and I did not go back to sleep. It's hard if you've never done it before but once you do it a few times it becomes easy. I'm 45 hours into it now.Its really not that hard, water fasting is a common practice
So what happened to your body other then insomnia during this process and how did it feelNot eating for days was giving me insomnia again. On day 5, I had gone to bed at 2:45 AM and I woke up at 5:25 AM, and I did not go back to sleep. On day 6, I had gone to bed at 1:45 AM, then I woke up at 4 AM first and then at 5:30 AM. Honestly, I didn't feel any different than normal! And yes bhaijaan, I lost 3.3 kg. When we meet again, I won't be as fat as I was for the past year or so. Ahaha I didn't know you knew the dishes.. did you google it?How did you feel now and how did you feel in general during the fast? Mirin the dishes you ate
Did you lose some weight?
Bhaijaan I think my genetics are doomed due to being South Asian. If I eat at 1000 kcal then I am simply maintaining my weight, I'm not losing anything. In order to lose, I need to eat 500 to 750 kcal or less, otherwise I won't lose any weight.don't do this to yourself man. If you want to lose weight don't starve yourself it fucks up your hormones and shit. Just go in a calorie deficit you can maintain and add some cardio. Yeah of course. I think you die from 3 days without drinking, no?At least u drink right?
Lol legit. You are now trained for ramadan habibi

Careful what you eat after a fast, don't forgetYeah I haven't eaten in 45 hours now. Gonna eat today.![]()
I didn't feel hungry for the first five days, and I also lost some weight as a result. On day 6 I did get hungry and I ate around 7 or 8 PM.So what happened to your body other then insomnia during this process and how did it feel![]()
Get ur things straight bruYeah of course. I think you die from 3 days without drinking, no?
Yep, that's exactly why I had tomato soup first before eating dinner that was made. You have to be careful after fasting for more than 2 days, but if you're doing 2 days or less, then you don't have to worry about refeeding syndrome.Careful what you eat after a fast, don't forget
What is it then?Get ur things straight bru
Why did you fast? Not eating for days was giving me insomnia again. On day 5, I had gone to bed at 2:45 AM and I woke up at 5:25 AM, and I did not go back to sleep. On day 6, I had gone to bed at 1:45 AM, then I woke up at 4 AM first and then at 5:30 AM. I realized this must be because of not eating anything at all for almost an entire week. I mean fix ur life bruWhat is it then?
So, was it worth doing this fast If you ask me, instead of not eating for 6 days, you could’ve done cardio and stuff, and you wouldn’t have been lacking nutrients eitherI didn't feel hungry for the first five days, and I also lost some weight as a result. On day 6 I did get hungry and I ate around 7 or 8 PM.
Okay, so I started dieting about a month ago. I did this by switching to OMAD (one meal a day). However, now the fasting month is coming up this month, in like two weeks from now, and for an entire month, I will be forced to change my eating habits, by essentially doing TMAD (two meals a day, a pre-dawn meal and a dinner to break the fast). As a result, I will be gaining weight. It would be demotivating for me to weigh myself after three months of dieting, and seeing that I gained weight since I started. It would genuinely kill any motivation to continue and then I'd let myself go again. That's why I decided to go all in right before the fasting month starts, so I can lose considerable weight and thus stay motivated even after the fasting month. This was the only way for me.Why did you fast?
I know one or two days once a month is good (with a Lot of electrolytes) Bit six days?
Oh lol, wdym?I mean fix ur life bru
I see. Are you muslim?Okay, so I started dieting about a month ago. I did this by switching to OMAD (one meal a day). U r destroying ur healthOh lol, wdym?
Yes, it was because I lost more weight than I would have done so by eating while working out. I did that for two weeks or two and a half weeks and I lost 5 kg only, compare that to 6 days of fasting the way I did and I lost 3.3 kg.So, was it worth doing this fast If you ask me, instead of not eating for 6 days, you could’ve done cardio and stuff, and you wouldn’t have been lacking nutrients either
Yes I am Islamic. And thanks bhai. I never did any blood work.I see. Are you muslim?
Quit yapping and nuchemaxx into your ogrebuild. Also Watch out with your bloodwork
It's temporary. I don't plan on making this a habit.U r destroying ur health
Interesting. So, what were the things you had to watch out for during this fast?Yes, it was because I lost more weight than I would have done so by eating while working out. I did that for two weeks or two and a half weeks and I lost 5 kg only, compare that to 6 days of fasting the way I did and I lost 3.3 kg.
Why u doing it anywaysIt's temporary. I don't plan on making this a habit.
