I saw a guy that indeed has this facial structure but his skull looked big (even though it was slightly smaller than mine).
All I need to do is reduce my waist to 28" and my neck to 14" and be lean enough for the entire jaw to be visible to the earlobe and chin to be 100% defined. Then my head won't look small anymore (because technically its not)
