I just felt edgy and unsettled with it, especially when I went to bed. I also got the headaches you describe. They were mild, but I normally never get headaches, so that was a deal-breaker for me.
Basically, the cure was worse than the disease. Cialis is good to take only when you know you're going to have sex in a day or two, but not to take every day, like my urologist expected me to.
