dudes get insecure over being skinny and go work out

i understand this as i started off skinny and then was insecure and started working out, gained good muscle, was bulky, i felt strong, but then i decided to quit and after a significant time in harsh deficit i became skinny again

now i eat at maintainance maybe surplus sometimes cuz i’m a fatass but i have high metabolism so i’ll still stay skinny unless i eat alotttttt of food

but i came to embrace being skinny and i realized that everyone else just looks better skinny, skinny dudes just look better put together and just healthier overall. muscles make you look more masculine indeed but who cares? being skinny is just better and gives off a healthier vibe

word for word. Started working out. Put on some lean muscle but Looked worse. Trying to atrophy muscle. Fast metabolism so i can eat what i want but still cutting to be skinnier.
