Not just any blue. It must be blue/green but more blue than green. The girl still has to be at least average looking and not a fatty, as an example the fatty with glasses below is still disgusting. I am not certain why I find it attractive, maybe because it gives off a slut vibe. The effect diminishes greatly if you can see a lot of black hair underneath like with the third girl.
