yeah my face felt boneless and a lot of asymmetries and recession , im 6ft3 and i can say i have a good frame from what i see in the mirror and what people tell me ( they keep telling me i have good frame for lifting ) but im just a lazy motherfucker that have no will to do anything , i don't train but i look good ( frame ) without the gym
