I simply force myself to talk 24:7 no matter what I’m doing I just say the first thigg no on my head don’t overthink and speak and say everything and it’s fun af I talk over anybody who tries to stop me

It's great for low inhib maxxing especially once you 'get in the zone' but the other person actually has to be engaged otherwise it's just autistic rambling.
