Pretty much this, aloe vera and moisturizer will help a bit but "after-sun" will be vastly more effective in my experience.

yeah. it's basically southing and calming, and colling skin stuff in there.

But it's honestly a fuck up to get skin burned. Long term.
I burned myself to often also when young. I'm lucky for resilient skin I guess. It's not good, to skin burn, not good at all. bad actually.
