nah that is cope. But again that is not lefort 2 and no zygos are moved.
the surgery leads to very good results though. Soft tissue adapts and can if necessary be modified later.

They blurred the eye region which is the area I was most curious about how it would change and it isnt even specified whether they got the normal lefort 1 or the custom cut

Nah i wanted to do USO. This might also be an option but idk. USO is the surgery i will try to get as i am deficent in the parnasal area and that would fix it. For nose projection i would just do open rhino with grafts.
