I went fixing all my major flaws:

1) Rounded orbitals
2) Bad lips
3) Bad gonions
4) Tan, eyebrows (colouring)


So my dream plan with 10k $ would be:

1) Get myself SARPE, to widen midface and straighten orbitals (maxila).
2) Get liplift to fix my philtrum and correct my midface ratio (slightly long around 1.1).
3) Fillers for chin (4mm) and gonions (1-2mm) to make my jawline more visible.
4) Maybe go for HGH (5-6iu) for bone density and to get slightly taller.
5) Maybe sunken my nose by using hydrocortisone (1%).

But since I have around 1k lying around (savings), i'm going to afford only one thing, its fillers.

In my opinion, widening the palatte and fillers would have the most ROI out of all looksmaxxes for me.
