You don't need to tan with MTII. I personally don't. Although if I do get some sun it gives it a nice boost. Everyone is pale as fuck and I'm still dark like I just came from Thailand.

125-250mcg daily or a few times a week to maintain. It takes a while. I recently did a week of 1mg a day and got super dark.

I'd say it's the other way around. When your outside and your face gets too much sun it gets darker than your body etc.
