I had a similar issue except being homeschooled for the part of my life when I should have been learning to maintain relationships with my peers. Nothing will change until you manually force yourself to relearn everything you should have known by now.

During my incel years I would sit and watch people talk to each other and obsess over their mannerisms, body language, and jokes/statements they made which commanded attention from others.

Don't do that but it was what I did, not knowing what else was out there. What actually did help though, was watching a few very charismatic characters such as this one guy I used to mimic called "zach justice" and I would do the same thing with the notebook but in the privacy of my home this time. Choose characters that are able to speak in a charismatic manner, and write down their traits to mimic yourself.

I mean I guess there's some 0.01% chance that you are just undersocialized but guys who went to all boys schools have been slaying for literal centuries

Imo you actually have an advantage in an environment like that because you have a better chance of becoming NT due to less female induced competition between male students allows for easier relationship formation
