I found out my wife cheating in the worst way possible

We have been married for 5 years after dating for 3 and have a 6 year old daughter together. I thought we had a very steady and strong relationship as we had great sexual chemistry and emotional attachment.

A few weeks ago, I felt a bad rash around my private area. I had it checked out and they confirmed I did have an STD. I was confused as we had sex many times before and neither of us had an std. Then, I had a bad feeling.

When I told my wife what happened and I got an STD and wanted to know if she was hiding anything, she got incredibly defensive and rude. I checked her phone when she wasn't sleeping and I saw text messages of her and her work partner where she yelled at him for not telling her he had an std. Before that, there were texts of them talking crap about me and how they loved each other.

I'm truly heartbroken right now but I want to salvage this as I don't believe our daughter should bear the brunt of the divorce. How can i get her to repair the damage?

I sometimes wonder the men who post these are actually emotionally intelligent or not, if a woman doesn't love you, it'll show in her behaviour 100%, it's one thing cheating for the thrill but he clearly saw how she doesn't love him, also that guy is probably looksminned af too

99.9% troll, On the off chance it isn't, Do not say anything in fact treat her very very well, say something like I'm buying you a massive gold chain or something with a bonus I'm getting in 2 months( so she doesn't divorce rape you) meanwhile get the best lawyer you can, Find a way to get away from this without getting marraige raped. I think DR has some law where one person can file for divorce and the other dosent even know about it, I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW MUCH YOU SHOULD 100% CONTACT THE BEST LAWYER YOU CAN. Oh also hope you aren't from India, Here women are entitled to 50% even if marraige ended because of them cheating..

Real if you want to a divorce don't say a fucking word until you've got evidence she cheated and have the paperwork ready for her to sign with a lawyer present

Recording a conversation in which she admits to cheating would work well, doesn't really have value as evidence in court but if the judge heard the recording they'd be way more likely to favor the man
