Like they’re doing insane diy surgeries I didn’t believe them until they started posting pics it’s super gory aswell.

Some aren’t even diy and are just getting surgeries just for the sake of it as they drive themselves into madness. Some are straight up irreversible or that’s their only option in their country ig. I don’t really understand why as it’s best to be logical before doing something irreversible but I’m guessing the majority of them do have therapists. Hopefully the therapists aren’t encouraging these behaviors for some quick cash off these poor souls.
