I fucked my teeth upp. Wtf do i do?

So I heard of mewing like 2 years ago when I was 17. Since then ive been frauding my actually chin height by keeping a gap between my teeth and bringing my lower teeth forward (since I had an overbite). Problem now is that my teeth are misplaced like the picture below.

Anyone knows what to do to fix this before its too late? Im 19 now hopefully its not over.
