i just got septoplasty which has defenetly fucked me up, now i can’t get rhino or marpe easily fuck man. I DONT FUCJING KNOW WHY I DIDNT THINK OF MARPE. this shit is so fucking stupid. what do i even do here.

oh nah bro my ortho said i can get it bc i need it. but getting a septoplasty makes the septum tissues unstable and doing it risks your septum deviate against, might need to do a septum release. and rhino is 3x more expensive
