I posted an update 2 weeks ago and a lot of people were congratulating me.

I struggled with binge eating for many months to the point where I was binging multiple times a week for a while.

The light blue represents one day without a binge, and the dark blue represents a binge (binges ranging from 1500-2500 calories for me). I also compensated for the additional calories most of the time.

My diet is actually decent and I’m not overweight currently, a buddy who used to train with me said I look leaner since breaking the habit.

I fucked up and binged last night after getting MTN treatment at this bar, kinda feeling like I ruined my momentum. Maybe 2.5K calories over maintenance.

At the same time, this is a habit that I need to break ASAP, especially while I’m still young.

Anyone here got any advice ? Anything to say ?
