It was the first time I was going around the classroom and helping any students who had questions. Some students raised their hand, I walked over to them and I tried helping them. Turns out I was giving the wrong answers, I didn't know they had to limit their answers to a word bank at the end of the book -- especially because I never worked with the material before. Now they probably won't have faith in me anymore. I plan on apologizing to the students I gave the wrong answers to and from now on, I'll do the exercises myself so I won't have to come up with the answers on the spot.

My mentor teacher said multiple answers are correct but that they should rely on the word bank in the book, somewhere at the end.

I teach high school, it’s 7-12 here instead of 9-12 as it is the case in the US. I honestly have no idea how my placement does it, I will ask my mentor teacher.
