i fucked up

i have a big problem with picking at my skin.
since i went on accutane and got rid of my acne (mostly) it went away since i didnt have much to pick at

yesterday i had a mini breakout of 3 pimples, which i extracted just fine and today they were healing

however i zoned out in the mirror and procedeed to absolutely rape my whole skin.

i am not joking when i say i am so red and inflamed i look like a tomato.
keep in mind i had a pretty even skin tone before this

does anybody struggle with this?

i feel so subhuman rn

i have noticed accutane made the healing process quicker so hopefully i can recover by next week
