I fucking hate acne so much

I’m sweating balls after finishing my skincare in my room with 3 huge ass fucking fans blasting on me wtf is this. My acne isn’t even that bad but I just hate having texture on my face like gtfo of me. If God is real and all loving why is there conditions like acne which only exist to cause harm and evil?

Had acne myself, but never understood why it's such a big deal, yes it makes you look like shit but then again just hop on accutane
