which elevator shoes? I personally just use sneakers like af1s, jordans, airmax90 and others, + 2,5 shoe lifts since anything above that is uncomfortable as fuck and might just slip off; I can't even imagine someone losing their shoes while tripping and a shoe lift falling out. There is a way it’s taking more then a gram of test combined with more then 10IUs of gh. My buddy Sam when he was 18 ran 2 grams of test and 12 IUS of gh and he went from 5’9 to 6’4
