Like what the fuck man, i get ONE cortisol spike after an adrenaline rush and my face starts flushing, i get tingling in my face and I get fucking bloated, my eyebags get worse

I look 84 years old just from one cortisol spike. Who the fuck invented this shit,

I swear to god. If i rot at home and im low cortisol for a few days ill be debloated, then the first few hours outside again I look good.

But then the cortisol starts to show in my face making me gigabloated and cuck stare its fucking crazy

Same exact shit: I go outside, and foids are staring at me from half a block away because I look so good (due to low cortisol) I legit feel like a celebrity. But once I walk about 10-15 minutes, I get a massive cortisol dump, and suddenly, seemingly out of the blue, every bitch is avoiding eye contact with me and taking a wide berth around my path because my face morphed into a monster. It's fucking enraging. 😡 Makes me want to end humanity.

Muh breating exercises, fuck that shit they dont work. Its our retarded subconscious, only way to cope is pregab or some shot like that

I'm actually in the process of trying out one last solution to this stubborn issue.

I have now permanently changed my diet. I'm eating a lot cleaner. The goal is to eliminate foods that cause bloating and lower my bodyfat percentage (become lean). I've never been lean in my life (only skinny-fat). My reasoning is, if I can manage to thin my skin (fat) enough relative to my facial muscle, maybe the bloating from the cortisol won't be that visible, since there will be less fat to bloat.

We'll see what happens. It's going to take months to get down to about 10% bf. If it fails, maybe I'll try drugs? :unsure:

I'm less than 2 weeks into my cut. Lost about 8 lbs. Most of that is probably water, but I hope the rest is primarily fat (NOT muscle), as I'm also weight training.

Obviously, it's still way too early to see a major difference. Women still react badly to me on and off (depending if I'm bloated or not), but I won't let that discourage me.... yet.

I get attention from girls, but it's fleeting. It doesn't last long enough to be useful, unfortunately.

I'm only weight training twice a week. I know that doesn't sound like much, but I don't want to overtrain (I have issues with that). I also want a reasonable training schedule that's sustainable over the course of my life, not just a temporary fix.
Sometimes, I do cardio one day a week, but that's mostly for heart health, not to lose fat. My calorie deficit in my diet takes care of that.

My split is:

Day I
Lat pulldowns
Barbell-Bent Rows
Incline Bench Press
Bench Press
Upright rows
Barbell shrugs
Incline dumbbell curls
Standing barbell curls (ez-curl bar)
sit-ups
crunches

Day 2
Squats

dumbbell shoulder press
Barbell Calf raise

Current is probably 14-15. Can see my abs just not lean enough you know. Sorry to hear it's not around for long enough bhai. Whatever keeps you in the gym is good. Nice brother. Have you thought about fbeod or fb. Consistency is really important brah love it

You're at a good point. Just a little more to go. Aim for about 10% bf. You should be able to sustain that long-term. Anything leaner than that will be hard to sustain.

Yes, I have considered fb workouts. I used to do them, but they're too taxing. Too many major muscle groups in one day kills me. Splitting up my body into 2 days is more reasonable, and I recover much better. Remember, any workout or diet that's not worth keeping for a lifetime is not worth doing at all.

Yeah but then u still get the shitty side effects like shit collagen + undereye bags. U need to fix so u dont get cortisol spikes

Im on ssri zoloft 100mg a day. It helped in the beginning but now it kinda does jack shit if i just rot at home.

Only thing that makes me forget about the anxiety loop is propranolol, i forget that i ger anxiety then i become less anxious because i think about it less

I just get ocasionally tired for some reason, like not every time i take it only sometimes.

Also dry lips and eyes sometimes. But thats about it. The pros outweights the cons, i was able to yap for 1 hour and 30 minutes at the psychiatrist.

She said im a good talker:lul: its good bc u dont stutter at all on propranolol and it kicks in like 30 mins in. Sadly i cant take it at the gym, bc its role is to stop adrenaline
