Im not reading everything cause I have to do shit but if its about direct discrimination against people with certain tattoos that make it extremely obvious you are part of a certain gang then maybe its worth detaining them cause it might be seen as probable cause or whatever in court and probably applies to existing laws that apply to it if they seem like they are a danger to the public, JewGPT probably knows.
But yeah I still think its important to preserve individual freedom, its the foundation of western society

If a court found the detainment un justified i hope he got compensated or got something out of it, as it would be the right thing.

Then again this still doesnt mean it should be impossible to detain someone if law enforcement does have rightful suspicion someone might be a dangerous criminal.
