Doing the same boring shit all the fucking time for months and months and I'm still a fucking stick with no muscle mass despite having put on 9kg in 4 months, next week I'm switching to one that's a couple blocks from my house I can't stand going to the one I'm going to now since I have to waste a lot of time waiting for the bus and the have to wait for it to reach destination.

It’s fun if you’re young and in peak condition. You get to see your progress and make it to the next level. Its fucking boring af and tedious af if you’re too old and just floundering about

what progress? I have natural t levels of over 1500 ng/dl at 24, I was taking hexarelin, igf1-lr3 and hgh for the first three months in which I put 8 kg now I put 1kg in the next 3 weeks, I still look dyel af, barely any improvement, I see the progress natties young people make in 2 years with perfect diet and training and its fucking shit.
 
9kg in that amount of time is very very good, you most likely have good genetics in terms of how fast you respond to training, even for a new comer. What was your starting weight? Show your body

starting weight was 69kg at 192cm, now 78kg I won't post a picture my body just looks like shit, I have definition despite beng skinny and only increased a bit of mass on my biceps

Wow you were very light to begin with. I'm 67.5kg and I'm 5ft11 and I know for a fact I undereat and don't go to the gym, on the bright side though your now at a respectable weight. How old were you when you were 69kg?

23, I was eating only once a day cuz of different reasons.

Did you take before and after pics? It's usually hard to tell progress unless you take photos and measurements of shit like bicep width.

Also make sure to eat enough protein, that's the most important part of building muscle.

I wasn't even natty since I was using hgh, hexarelin, igf1-lr3 and had natty t levels equivalent to taking exogenous test cycles

Im not gonna lie; I don’t really measure fitness in terms of muscle growth but performance and time. Like one day; i only did 30 mins and the next day i managed to do an hour. And if i pr in running like beating my 17:50 3 mile time etc etc.
