i fucking hate gymmaxxing. i have been gymmaxxing for past 2 years now with 0 fucking effects. Yea i got toned muscles but whats the point if i am the same 61 kg as i was before. i am sick of it man.
I tried everything i could, nothing works.
i think i just got shit genetics.

i think the main problem is my diet but i cant just get eat 2500 calories everyday man. i cant even decide what to eat to fullfill those calories.

What does your routine look like? You need to force yourself to eat more simple as that

just drink protein shakes and eat a lot of junk food (without too many carbs, that'll make you mentally retarded)

i literally go 5 days a week and hit full body twice. how do i force myself to eat more if there is nothing to eat considering i live in afghanistan.

you've already identified what you're doing wrong all that's left is to formulate a solution and stick to it.


if you're already hitting your protein goals then you can fill it with whatever, eat a bag of potato chips, or drink milk, chug a bucket of yogurt.

Just stop going then, then take steroids/sarms and do some calistenics instead. Problem solved.

i might have to give a try on yogurt and overdose on it by mixing sugar in it cuz i have nothing else to do

i have to eat 4500 cals a day to maintain my peak weight
 
Go full body 3 times a week + eats everything you can and increase the numbers of meals as much as you can + Oats and milk coffee are so easy to and fun to eat + listen to this after workout and heavy meals:



I gained 2kg last week.

honey is good with yogurt, high fat diets are preferable for natural lifters since most hormones are literally made from fat.

You decide you want to eat more? Ok eat high fat and high calorie meals.

Not enough? Use steroids. Don't care I'm serious. Test levels are HALF what they used to be due to environment. I literally don't see an issue with young INCELS with low test using steroids. Nobody gives a fuck about you anyways so you may as well help yourself.

I want to see you succeed but you need to grow some fucking balls first and decide you're going to endure any amount of pain to reach your goals.

still high carb low fat diets are better for body composition since fat tends to convert more into body fat while carbs are stored as glycogen or used as energy right away more

I just checked the site. 2 double cheeseubrgers, 1 large fries, 1 piece of chocolate cake, and 1 large Fanta is 2430 calories and 65g protein. That wouldn't even be enough to fill me up if I was really hungry.
