bro why aren't you eating oats that's what 99% of people on a bulk eati eat 1 shawarma or 2 shawarmas when i wake up, with 2-3 bags of chips.
then i eat bunch of dates in between or cook some frozen fries for myself or nuggets or other shit.
after gym i eat 4 boiled eggs.
idk what m doing wrong if m still not gaining
Let me give you a small recipe that you can add on top of what you're eating atm which you can eat 2500 easily:
2x 80g of oats with 236ml of whole milk together will equal 902 calories over 2 eating sittings
make yourself a sandwich with brown bread that has seeds in em 2 slices and a layer of butter on each slide = 310 calories
300g of rice with some stew with chicken which is probably around 400 - 500 calories
I know you're worried about the cost but for things like rice and oats you can buy them in bulk without hurting your pockets too much.
