5'6 78 kgs I feel horrible everyday :feelswah:

I hate looking at my fat horrible stomach and my fcking gyno and giant chest separation, even if I lock in my chest and gyno will still fuck me over, my forearms are shitty too and built like pencils and it looks fucking horrible next to my stomach

I can't get myself to starvemax just yet
 
Hop on reta if dieting is to hard

You don’t need to force yourself into starving, that’s why you have DNP and Reta.

gyno goes away, i had a couple friends who had it and after they went gym for a while it went away

there's this great thing called a calorie deficit, in which you don't need to take unnecessary peptides or starve yourself.

hmmmm, you have the gift of intellect but decide to do nothing with it.

make it simple. beef, chicken, eggs, fruit, milk/cheeses, some vegetables. low caloric foods and high satiety foods. meaning ie, chicken and strawberries.
