You need to hide those big ears by growing out your sides for your eye area keep ur top hair above your eyebrows. Improve lashes with latisse and brows with minox. Improve coloring and health indicators and your good

Too much space between your eyes, no eyelashes and brows not visible. Firstly cut that broccoli frange to make your eyebrows visible.
Also your eyes do not match your other features (nose and lips) so it looks unharmonious
But anyway youre like 14 youre lucky to look like this at that age, be patient

Eyes are really deep set, can’t see lashes and the fact that your hair is covering your eyebrows makes them look “weird”
