I sound so autistic like every time when I talk to someone online they ask if I have Down syndrome I fucking hate it so much I wish I had a Tyrone voice box please give me tips to improve and here my voice rate it and this foid said my voice sounds cute but she probably only saying that to make me feel better she was probably laughing at it with her chad boyfriend and that could also explain why she sounds like she was crying when she said a voice message to me probably was getting dick down

My native language is Spanish so is my voice actually bad or is it just my English

your voice is fine - it's the way you enunciate and as someone said, mannerisms. Spending a bit of time on your English will definitely help to iron out your speech, but being able to speak well is a skill that must be developed in itself, plenty of native English speakers that are terrible at articulating
