just be yourself and start talking to random people. that's what I did when I fell into a depression during COVID and lost my ability to interact. I would strike up a conversation with the cashier, people standing around, call my cousins and friends. You're human, socializing is second nature and only needs experience for it to get better. It can be good or bad experiences. Some people get annoyed tho in cucked USA for whatever dumb reason. When I would go abroad and do this shit I would literally get into full blown conversations swapping life stories.
