Sit down and perform them with lighter weight and correct form then progressively overload all while maintaining correct form

I use 3 kilo foid dumbells for it. And I do both sitting down and cable side raises still no results

I have god tier chest and tricep genes and amazing back genes with insanely good leg genes its just the fucking delts man I hate delts

I do isometric lateral raises, lean sideways against a wall and with the elbow make as much force for 30 seconds

Full Rom lateral raises also feel weird for me
