I’d never need to come to this forum. This forum may have helped me be aware of my problems but also made me constantly overthink and feel inadequate for who I am, creating self defeating beliefs. Walking out with a girl and a taller guy passing by, I think ‘she wont wanna talk to me anymore’. I always used to advocate to support each other no matter how ugly, short, framelet, old we may be
