very good but you just lost body fat, no bone growth probably happened here, its a really good ascension but the only thing you did was lose weight and get big and take better care of yourself like thats good but some ppl like think that you made bone growth yk but never happened

But yes BF % is my biggest problem which is why I was on Tren + Clen + Reta + L-Caratine

It takes so fucking long to lose fat though, im putting ON MUSCLE while trying to lose fat.
