I fucking overdosed on magnesium, I took like 5000mg of magnesium lol, 5000mg of magnesium mixed with bisglycinate citrate etc and a few other magnesium types. Also took 45mg zinc and 4500IU copper along with like 10000 IU Vitamin D3 and 80IU of Vitamin K2 MK7 before sleep. Guess what happened. Wet dream of course.
