I only eat oatmeal, bread with cheese and stuff.

Nothing unhealthy, no fast food, and I still gain weight light crazy.

Its pissin me so off.

I gained 3 kilogram from 80 back to 83kg in 1 month.

What can I do there ?

Run 15 km a day. Sure way to lose weight. Eat lots of fruits that are low cal to keep you full.

What can I do there ?
Cheese is hight inf at, fat has most calories in macros (9 cal per gram) easy to overeat and get fat.

Oatmeal is high calorie. 50 grams of oatmeal is 182 calories and 60 is 220 and that’s not including milk which if full fat 100ml is around 100 calories and if skimmed 37 but you prob have semi so that would be 75 calories

BTW 50g oatmeal is very very very small you prob have around 80-100 which as you can see adds up to around 350-400 calories alone


I also struggle with weight loss but I can eat pizzas everyday and still lose weight. Why? Because I make sure I eat less than I move

Won’t make you lose weight (speaking from exp) but Coffie and tea only help due to it dulling your appetite that’s why I drink tea 6 times a day when hungry

Green tea for sure helps reduce appetite. It's a known weight loss supplement. But also strong correlation with slowing ageing and fights free radicals.

All those kind of drinks lower appetite though… that’s why said I drink normal tea 4- 6 times a day because people like me are always hungry so weightloss becomes as hard as becoming a millionaire I can effortlessly eat 6k calories a day with 0 effort if I want and in an avg day without measuring calories I eat 3-4k a day effortlessly again.

Coffie I find also works well as Tea but SPECIFYING green tea is inaccurate as all TEA dulls appetite due to caffeine
