I gained 1.5cm over 172 after getting a spine alignment from a chiropractor

I was just shy of 5'8 before this, and now I measure exactly 5'8 maybe a bit more, I feel somewhat taller, if I did this earlier I could've gained a bit more height
I even measured using my own tape to see if I got somewhat taller and taller I got

At best I'll go back to 172 temporarily, i used to be 5'7 throughout the day especially at night time, but unlike others I don't lose that much height
