I mostly agree, bet you are going to gain another 1-2 cm naturally by the time you are 18-19 it depends if you grew the fck up quickly or if it was slowly, there is a blood marker called ALP(Alkaline Phosphatase) that is used to see if you are close to your final height or not depenting on if it's high or not.
anyways at least use zinc picolinate 10mg at night and at least 1mg of melatonin every night + mk677 some days of the week
this will for sure boost IGF1 and gh in general there was studies for zinc and melatonin you could watch a video from vigorous steve on youtube
