Like, when I see anyone out of puberty, they have clear skin, unless they are eating incredibly unhealthy or something like that.
White girls who follow a 20-step skin care program have less clear skin than those who simply wash their faces with water. Why is it like this?

Also I eat like shit, just pizzas, noodles and milk etc

Those who are the least genetically gifted are more knowledgeable/engrossed in fields that they don't excel at
Manlets are obsessed with height, skinnyfat people go the extra mile to learn new training/nutrition methods, people with acne scars, dermatitis, premature aged skin .etc. have a lot of skin products
