i remember when i got my rhinoplasty as a brirthday gift at 18 i was so fucking happy like i was smiling while they were ptuting the drugs in me to go to sleep like Of course cuz its drugs also but yeah I WAS overall really happy and when i woke up i looked at my face with the bandages i was ecstatic

never had that much dopamine again I need to get still a few More but its not gonna be such a huge Boost like rhinoplasty sadly

i need infras Genio and something for jaw

nah my jaw forward growth is good and i have perfect pallette or whatever like really wide smile

i have 0 fat under my eyes tho i might only need fat transfer for that

and my chin could use more projecting and height thats why im going for genio next
