To get an idea of how bad it is, I'm loosing 4 inches of height from it.
I've forward head, scoliosis and anterior pelvic tilt.
I don't know if it's genetic, hope it's not otherwise I'm cooked. I think when I was young like 12 years ago, I started doing pushups and abs exercises which somehow weakened my back due to muscle imbalances. Also bedrotting during covid, like I sat the entire day at one single position staring at my phone and laptop for 3 years straight.
I might just have the greatest ascension ever if I somehow fix, but it looks so fucking bad I doubt that will happen
