My orbitals are very round, supraorbitals extremely high set and not projected at all. In the past 3 years I also lost almost all orbital fat, and now my eyes officially check every flaw possible.

Those who saw know.
They are too ugly to be posted publicly here.

I’m tired of trying to cope with soft tissue procedures only.

For anyone who has ever been quoted by Liam (Giant): how much is an estimate for total orbital reinforcement with implants?

I suffer from the same problem , but idk , my orbital bones grew a bit and became a little projected .
If you're into surgery
You can go on orbital decompression surgery

If your goal is a clear, straightforward answer: the cost of orbital implant surgery — here it is without sugarcoating:

👇 The price is NOT fixed — and it can vary a lot

The cost depends on:

  • Country / hospital
  • Surgeon’s experience
  • Type of implant used (silicone, hydroxyapatite, porous polyethylene, etc.)
  • Whether additional procedures are needed (eye removal, cosmetic repair, pre/post-op tests)
  • What’s included in the price (anesthesia, hospital stay, follow-ups)

💵 Approximate real-world price ranges

(All amounts are approximate USD — always confirm with the clinic)

🌍 Lower-cost countries

  • Ukraine / parts of Eastern Europe: around $1,800 – $3,200 for orbital implant surgery if fully inclusive.
  • Thailand: usually $2,200 – $3,700, often including hospital services and follow-up.

💰 Mid-range countries

  • Germany & Western Europe: roughly $9,500 – $16,000, due to higher medical and hospital costs.

🇺🇸 High-cost countries

  • United States: prices commonly exceed $30,000 – $40,000, sometimes more depending on implant type and insurance.

🏥 Official benchmark example

  • Singapore: surgeon’s fee alone (not including hospital or anesthesia) is about $3,270 – $5,232.

📌 Straight conclusion

  • Under ~$2,000: usually not fully inclusive or just an initial estimate.
  • $2,000–$5,000: realistic in parts of Asia or Eastern Europe with decent medical standards.
  • $10,000+: Western Europe, the US, or high-end surgeons.
  • Best option if you don’t have insurance: get multiple consultations in different countries — prices can swing a lot.

🔥 Brutally honest advice

Do NOT trust a single number you see online. Most prices doctors give upfront are rough estimates.
Why? Because implant type, tests, anesthesia, and hospital stay can easily push the price up fast.

If you want, I can look up actual clinic prices in a specific region (USA / Turkey / Dubai, etc.) and give you real numbers, not guesses.

Yeah but no one does that shit in ph or thailand. I searched the whole web and basically giant and eppley are the only ones who do custom supras for aesthetics so i wonder how much does giant charge because im not going to eppley

Implant material alone

  • Off-the-shelf orbital mesh plates: ~$1,500 – $4,000
  • Custom 3D patient-specific implants: ~$8,000 – $15,000+
(add variable costs for design and manufacturing)

That’s just the implant hardware — not surgery or hospital fees.

Surgery & facility costs

Look at a baseline: even a single-wall orbital implant surgery averages ~$7,000 – $11,000 in the U.S. (surgery center or outpatient hospital); more complex reconstructions at major centers commonly exceed $20,000–$30,000 in hospital charges alone (though specific “full orbit” billing is rare in public data).

So realistically, for a full orbit (multi-wall/patient-specific) reconstruction procedure:

💸 Expect total surgical cost (implant + surgeon + hospital) easily in the range of ~ $30,000 to $60,000+ in the U.S./Europe.
In high-end trauma centers it can exceed this, depending on complexity and length of hospital stay.

Outside the U.S. (Europe, Turkey, Asia), prices may be lower but still high — often $20,000+ due to advanced planning and custom device manufacturing costs.
