You are noticeably attractive ; however, a few flaws prevent you from hitting the CL range, which would make your face remarkably attractive and rare.
Based on that front profile picture, I believe [1] your bitemporal width is too large (recessed/wide set temporal peaks and sideburns) ; [2] your bigonial width is too small (relatively to your bizygomatic width) ; [3] your chin angularity could be better, which, in turn, would improve your jaw frontal angle ; [4] your lateral brow slopes too much over the eye, which decreases your palpebral fissure and creates the impression of a negatively tilted eye.

I stand by this analysis posted 2 months ago.
Before discussing potential surgical treatments for the aforementioned flaws, let's take a look at your side profile.

Based on the picture provided in the OP, your side profile's flaws are :
- nose bridge lacking structural support
- recessed lower lip
- recessed chin
- loose submental
- sloped lateral brow

Morph :

Potential surgical treatments :

> upper blepharoplasty to clear the lateral part of the upper eyelids, and perhaps ptosis repair to increase palpebral fissure height on the lateral part. I'm not convinced that canthoplasty is required here.

> filler to fine tune the chin's angularity (front profile)

> filler to fine tune bigonial width and jaw angles (front profile)

> cartilage grafting to augment & straighten the bridge (side profile)

> *if* you have a slight overbite, a BSSO would seem indicated to improve lower lip support and to advance the chin, which would most likely stretch the submental at the same time.
*if* your occlusion is good as is, a sliding genioplasty would advance the chin and most likely fix the submental. However, lip support wouldn't be improved (not a huge deal imo).
Note : even if you undergo one of these 2 procedures, you may still benefit from fillers to fine tune the shape of your chin (for the front view).

> a hair transplant to advance temporal peaks doesn't seem to be a good indication in your particular case. Instead, I would advise to simply improve your hair style. Trim the hair on the sides and back, and keep a brushed forward style that creates the illusion of a narrower forehead. It won't take a great change to get there.

I didn't debate whether these surgical enhancements would be worth it or not (cost, risk, reward, etc.). In my opinion, the side profile matters less than the front, and therefore I would advise you to focus first and foremost on the procedures suggested for the front profile (fillers, oculoplastics, and simply a better hair style).
