I looked into it, and with a few years of proper training I can realistically add 2–3 inches of bideltoid width just from muscle development consdiering i have litrally no muscles at all i am very skinny. And since I’m only 16, I still have around 1 inch of natural clavicle growth left before my frame fully matures. But yes in actual clavicle width it wont grow 4 inches ofcourse. But the bideltoid is also with musclear development.
