I get acne So quick if i do one thing wrong and i cant find what it is

I used to wat only raw diet/primal diet then i swriched to carnivore i had no acne and my skin was good when i was eating a diet like that i was also followig these health channels like excellent health and stuff and doing what he was saying like going in the sun sunbathing and stuff not eating carbs most of the time not eating starches. Now i switched to just hitting my macros and eat Anything except proccesed shit and processed sugar stuff.

I cant find whats irritating my skin.

Is it my shaving razor?

Is it the starches and carbs im eating?

Is it my skincare? Which is Cleanser-Moisturizer-Sunscreen

I also heard some sunscreen are toxic and cause irritation which i couldnt rlly find toxic bad stuff ingredient on my sunscreen (its a chemical Sunscreen btw)

Im also on accutane for a while (low dose) I wasnt really consistent with it At first i started taking 20 mg ed then i switched to 10mg Ed now i take 10mg EOD since i wouldnt want a dry/pale skin too much.

What do you guys advice

high chance its just your genetics, im having a shit diet and the only acne i have is a pimple that appears every 2 months and disappears in 2 days
