I get manic like an abused dog from eating saturated fat, just like the rat studies suggested.

Over for my bipolar

describe it
Dopamine seeking behavior and inability to get it from things that are not extremely stimulating.

Restlessness and insomnia while feeling uncomfortably hot (inability to properly regulate body temperature).

Only thing outside of jew pharma that settles it down is EPA+DHA while reducing saturated fat

What are your "saturated fat" sources. Thermogenesis is good, and is a common with things such as coconut oil . The other two descriptions seem out of order though

dunno if it's the same but I once ate a whole large bag of chips which has like 1200 calories in 10 minutes and I felt like shit afterwards. Massive brain fog, irregular heartbeat, random anxiety, derealization, very unpleasant. Took me like 8 hours to feel normal again.

Beef or butter
Beef tallow can have PUFA, Butter also has PUFA. Down some refined coconut oil (which has almost 0 PUFA) and see if you have the same symptoms. My guess is that the saturated fat is increasing thermogenesis but because you already have a lot of PUFA , when the saturated fat unpoisons the mitochondria so to speak, your metabolic rate is increasing tremendously but because you are shifted over to fat oxidation because of randell effect PUFA which was previously stored is also being used as fuel which means you are getting both the SFAs positive effects and the PUFAs negative. To counter this, you can limit how much proportion of fat you are burning by taking aspirin which shifts metabolism towards glucose instead of fat burning mode, vitamin E which can negate the effects of dietary PUFA and even the metabolites of PUFA such as arachidonic acid and prevent lipid peroxidation because of the high metabolic rate, and drink some orange juice with added sugar so that your body isnt completely shifting over to burning fat.
