i don't know how ur tinder pics and shit look like, but tinder is weird af anyway, you always get shadow banned for some random shit like when i make a new account when i'm abroad i get a few likes or matches but when i upgrade to platin i don't get any at all even with boosts, sometimes i don't get any at all and then 100+ in asian countries. i would suggest you to use other apps

Regarding the eye area i have the same problem to some extent, my infras are bad but yours are worse, what i do is basically use bbcream to cover them and i look normal irl, i think my infras are a big nerf of mine, somehow in photos mu infras look ok but irl they are fucked, im using also using tyrosinase inhibs(azelaic acid and cysteamine cream) this is purely for hyperpigmentation and i have seen results as in my eye are actually becoming lighter and i have to use less bbcream(makeup), in your case fat loss is visible so i dont know if tyrosinase inhibs will help at all
